Terms & Conditions — Paradise Stays BA

Reservations and payments
Reservations are made directly through paradisestaysba.com. 50% of the total is due at the time of reservation; the remaining 50% is due 7 days before arrival. All paid prepayments are non-refundable.

Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 3:00 PM. Check-out until 11:00 AM. Please coordinate your arrival time with us in advance via WhatsApp.

Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests per apartment.

Cancellations
Because all prepayments are non-refundable, we strongly recommend travel insurance.
